I've got a new dog. Not a puppy, 2; in spite of oaths never to take someone else's trouble- again. I think she'll work out though; the fact that she ate the entire day today notwithstanding. SOMEONE, who shall remain nameless (not me) took her out while watering horses; and she is not horse trained. So she chased and harassed (no threat to horses, we kept yelling "kick her for crying out loud!", but alas) so- the horses went through the fence, like they do. Did SOMEONE know the dog was not horse-broke? Of course. This dog's problems; she's insanely grateful to be here, and insanely energetic. Wants to do the right thing; but it takes time to explain that.
The Dog People, one way or another they always seem to be worth the effort. She's a lucky girl, I hope you didn't have to run too far to get the horses! :)
