Isla De Los Dioses Rotos

In English it translates to 'Island Of The Broken Gods'. It's kind of a hush hush situation because that is the name of the novella he stars in. Most of the year he is shooting in Mexico City on the Televisa lot, but he has a few weeks off and since his family lives in the Valley he thought he'd do some hands-on research for his role as a lowly bag-boy. I know what you're going to say, but I swear to you, novellas do not get caught up in pesky details like appropriate costuming.

All of the Latinas who come into the store recognize him immediately and ask 'is it really you?' Of course he always denies it right after he flashes that trademark dimple. There is a lot of giggling and swooning going on but they never press him. The damas blancas just stand in his line because they are hoping he'll offer to load their groceries into their cars as a ruse to steal away and arrange a clandestine rendezvous (which ironically is the entire plot-line of his novella...). Even when all hope is dashed after he hands them their bags, they still leave dreamy-eyed.
