You can view his gorgeous portfolio here; http://www.timflach.com/
kind of overwhelming, really. In a good way- but, still. I like your eye.
ReplyDeleteI find the images overwhelming as well. There are no words to describe the sadness I feel knowing so much beautiful life is passing essentially unseen. I thank Tim Flach for placing a frame around moments in time that capture spirit and love in so many creatures.
ReplyDeleteThe reason why haiku were invented, perhaps. Artists like Flach are crucial.
DeleteSo! I just used these to show my 8 year-old daughter WHY she could not have "more computer time." She did sit riveted; didn't quite understand- but- I think it worked. There's stuff to SEE out there- if you can get out and - see. thanks. :-)
ReplyDeleteYes, I TOTALLY agree with using Jedi mind tricks while parenting; 'Look at this screen, see all these wonderful, alluring images? THIS is why I'm telling you NOT to look at this screen!'
ReplyDeleteShe'll be 35 and using it on her own offspring before she consciously realizes what you did there...
